Tt  The City of Lewiston has adopted a fireworks ordinance that restricts the use of consumer fireworks to three dates and also to within a specific discharge zone. Listed below are the dates and times fireworks are allowed to be used.

July 4th between the hours of 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
December 31st between the hours of 10 a.m. until 1 a.m. the following day
January 1st from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
