The Support Services Division is staffed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. In addition to other duties, staff will attend to the public lobby window at the Police Station. There is a phone in the lobby with a direct link to 911 Dispatch Communications Center which is accessible 24/7, and Patrol Division personnel are generally on premises.
Personnel working in Support Services are primarily civilian staff, who are responsible for the maintenance of report records and routine parking enforcement and fine collections. The sub-categories within this Division include: Animal Control, Civil Document Service, Court Officer, Crime Analysis, Data Entry and Records keeping, Evidence and Property management, and Parking Enforcement.
